Návrh zásad řízení outsourcovaných procesů v hutní společnosti

Abstract

This thesis is focused on creating management principles of outsourcing processes in the metallurgical company. On the basis of current management state analysis of outsourced processes a new procedure was designed to manage these processes as well as evaluate the effectiveness of suppliers. According to a degree of effectiveness, suppliers have been divided into several categories. Moreover a design of certificate for suppliers was created. Current management state analysis is based on processing data gained from process map and present methods of outsourcing process management. It means, that to achieve objectives of the analysis, supplier audits were executed, each outsourced process supplier was evaluated within point assessment, supplier`s capability to document requirements on process validation was verified as well as their skills to keep records and present documents (e.g. certificate) on a regular basis.
