Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals in detail with the issue of occupational health and safety training in the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic with a focus on working with high-altitude equipment. The main objective is to analyse the current state of health and safety training, identify key areas requiring improvement and propose measures to increase safety and efficiency in interventions at heights. The thesis examines the legislative framework and historical development of OSH training, highlighting its importance in ensuring the protection of life and health of intervening workers.
