dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se podrobně věnuje problematice školení bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci u Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky se zaměřením na práci s výškovou technikou. Hlavním cílem je analyzovat současný stav školení BOZP, identifikovat klíčové oblasti vyžadující zlepšení a navrhnout opatření ke zvýšení bezpečnosti a efektivity při zásazích ve výškách. Práce zkoumá legislativní rámec a historický vývoj školení BOZP, přičemž zdůrazňuje jejich význam pro zajištění ochrany života a zdraví zasahujících pracovníků.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This bachelor thesis deals in detail with the issue of occupational health and safety training in the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic with a focus on working with high-altitude equipment. The main objective is to analyse the current state of health and safety training, identify key areas requiring improvement and propose measures to increase safety and efficiency in interventions at heights. The thesis examines the legislative framework and historical development of OSH training, highlighting its importance in ensuring the protection of life and health of intervening workers.	en
