Implementace metody FMEA k řešení zákaznické reklamace v podniku AL INVEST Břidličná a.s.

Abstract

The goal of this thesis is to analyse current problem in AL INVEST Břidličná a.s. company and find the rootcause of occurance and non detection of problem and avoid its repeating due to use the suitable countermeasures. In accordance analyse the defects of all production proces and set up the risks´ rates of each defect. The proces FMEA was used to find all risks and the Ishikawa scheme was chose as a method to set up the rootcause of problem. Finally was done economic evaluation of all countermeasures which avoided the repaeting and occurance of new problems.
