Porovnanie vplyvu zložiek rezania na tuhosti obrábacieho stroja

Abstract

This thesis dealing with effect of the components cutting force on the rigidity of the machine tool. Introduction of the thesis is describing rigidity of technological system and dynamics of machining process. The experimental part of this thesis describes used machine tools, cutting insert, work piece material and cutting parameters and their modifications. The description of experiments includes graphic and tabular conclusions, chip forming, surface roughness achieved in this experiments and comparison of results between machine tools. At the end were created structural equations for cutting force components from selected cutting parameters for choosen machine tools.
