Posouzení vnímání práce na dálku během pandemie COVID-19 ve státní správě a univerzitách

Abstract

This thesis is aimed on assessing perception of remote work during the pandemic of COVID-19 in civil service and at universities. Thesis is focused on theoretical assessment of remote work in the past, present and future as well as on theoretical basis of development of remote work in the future. Data retrieved from questionnaires from civil service and universities are analysed in practical part of this thesis. Analysed factors include barriers blocking remote work, factors influencing perception of remote work, its benefits and disadvantages and overall perception of remote work by employees of civil service and universities.
