Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of internal maintenance management systems of the company Brano a.s., SBU Plastics. The theoretical part explains concepts falling under the theoretical foundations of maintenance management, such as: Maintenance concept, evolution of maintenance, types of maintenance, and maintenance management. The practical part describes the characteristics of the company, followed by an analysis of the maintenance management system. In conclusion, various proposals for identified issues and potential risks associated with their implementation are provided.
