Abstract

This thesis deals with The Optimization of the Paper-making Machine Tip Motion. In the early chapters is generally described the upper lip and motion control, including a description of problems in the current machine. Based on the established kinematic diagram of the upper lip were compiled equations describing the relationships between all members of the mechanism. These relationships were use in the next step of the calculation, which is calculation of lengths of senzors position of the upper lip . For the end customer are important mainly changes of lengths of the upper and lower link, which adjusts the position of the lip. Further are assembled equation expressing changes of lengths of the rods. These changes tells us, how must be moved with upper and lower link to attain upper lip to determined position. At the end of the work is further described design management optimization and numerical calculation of the whole mechanism.
