Abstract
This bachelor's thesis focuses on measuring customer satisfaction with pizzeria. The aim is to determine satisfaction of existing customers Jantar pizzeria in Ostrava Poruba. Partial goals is to determine how customers value the services offered, products, environments in which the service is offered and other factors that affect the customer. The main source of information was the primary data that was collected through a questionnaire survey. Based on the results of the research were provided suggestions and recommendations that could be used leading pizzeria.
