Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the current system of training and development in a Selected High School and to provide suggestions and recommendations based on the analysis of the current state. The theoretical part is focused on explanation of basic terms such as training, development, learning or definition of terms from the area of human resources management. Subsequently, the training cycle is described. The practical part consists of the characteristics of the Selected High School and an analysis of the current state of training and development, also there are provided suggestions and recommendations.
