Zařízení pro finální čištění dílů

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vytvoření zařízení pro finální čištění elektromagnetu. Tato práce se tedy nejprve zabývá problematikou tlakového čištění a sušení výrobků ve výrobních procesech. Rovněž jsem poukázal na základní rozdělení tlakového čistění a sušení. V další části jsem uvedl problematiku a přehled úchopných hlavic z důvodu naložení a vyložení elektromagnetu ze zařízení pro finální čištění. V závěrečné části diplomové práce je navrženo zařízení pro finální čištění výrobku s konstrukcí manipulátoru pro uchopení a přemístění elektromagnetu a zvolení vhodných pracovních prvků.

The master thesis is focused on the creation of device for final electromagnet cleaning. This thesis first deals with problems of pressure cleaning and drying of products in production processes. I also pointe out the basic distribution of pressure cleaning and drying. In the next part I introduced the problem and overview of the grippers due to the loading and unloading of the electromagnet from the final cleaning device. In the final part of the master thesis is designed the device for final product cleaning with the manipulator construction for electromagnet grip and transfer and selection of suitable working elements.
