Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on description of the tools used to stimulate the performance of workers and their evaluation in Forman Adamec, Inc, a transport company. The theoretical part describes the HR activities with focus on basic concepts related to employee care. In the practical part the current state of care for employees is evaluated through questionnaires and ways to improvement are suggested.
