Abstract
The bachelor thesis is dealing with measurement customer´s satisfaction on business markets. The aim of the thesis is to measure customer´s satisfaction of the one real company on B2B market, which provides logistic and haulage services for? inland and abroad transport. The measuring was focused on two fields: the satisfaction with the offer and quality of the services and the satisfaction with communication. The next aim is? to find some steps, which could make the customer´s satisfaction higher. The research has been provided by questionnaire survey.
