Konstrukční návrh přesypu na kolesovém rýpadle

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is a structural design of transfer point on the bucket excavator KU 300. In the introduction there is an overview of transfer points on the bucket excavators in brown coal mines. Information about design of individual parts impact bars which are used for own design follows. Basic calculations and a simulation load of an impact bars have been performed in Autodesk Inventor 2014 using the finite element method. On the results of the strength check, I made the correction of some parts of the impact bars. Re-check shows that the entire impact bars are suitable for the intended use. On the attached drawing there is detailed design to ensure of the suspension impact bars.
