Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with the structural design of the euro pallet stack. This single-purpose machine serves as a buffer and dispenser for dispensing pallets, with EUR specification, for a robotic workplace with a required time cycle of 6 minutes per pallet. In the theoretical part of the Master thesis is performed an analysis of handling objects – Euro pallets and an analysis of available pallet stacks from selected manufacturers. In the practical part of the Master thesis, on the basis of the obtained information and on the basis of the customer's requirements, a requirement sheet and three variants of the construction solution for the Euro pallet stack are designed. The winning variant was selected from the proposed variants through a multi-criteria analysis. The winning variant was elaborated into a detailed 3D model and supplemented with calculation documentation and drawing documentation.
