Racionalizace technologie obrábění příruby s využitím CNC obráběcích strojů

Abstract

This thesis deals with the rationalization of machining flange using CNC machine and comparing current and proposed technology. The first part of the thesis describe the existing flange technology, including machinery and tools that were used. In the second part based on analysis of the existing technology of production is described innovative solution. To increase the effectiveness of the new technology of the production CNC machine and suitable productive tools were described. For designed CNC machine was also created a complete control program. The final section compares and evaluates the proposed technology with the existing production technology.
