Analýza toku materiálu mezi válcovnou drátu a protahovací linkou KOCH

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and solution of the material flow between the wire rod mill and the KOCH cold stretching line in the company Liberty Ostrava a.s. The goal of this work is to propose an optimal solution of material transfer in terms of time, cost and labour optimization. The thesis is further divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with mapping the company and explaining technology used for making the wire. It also includes a description of the production of wire itself on the line and methods of transporting material. In the practical part, the issue is graphically and numerically analyzed and further assessed by used results. This part is followed by a proposal of the sollution.
