Vlasta Humlova, Ph. D. This thesis deals with creating a business plan for a specific company in the hospitality business. Defines terms and describes the technique of its creation. The theoretical part presents the key concepts for creating a business plan. Another section is devoted to a brief macro-environment for hospitality business. In the third section describes the theoretical business plan for a specific company. The last part deals with the use of solved problems in journalism and examples.
