Analýza SW pro sledování využitelnosti výrobních strojů

Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on softwares for monitoring the exploitability of manufacturing machines in engineering environment. Literature research focused on demand for monitoring systems, their application methods and users‘ expectation was conducted. A part of this work is a brief overview of companies, which are engaged in this issue on the Czech market. Basic information about those companies are included in this work. Substantial part of the thesis is focused on the software Machining Insight from Sandvik company. Its functions and implementation to department’s laboratory of machining, assembly and engineering metrology of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering VŠB-TU were described. Lastly, technical and economic matters of the software, such as the formation of price or the choice of software, according to user’s standard, were discussed.
