dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá aplikací jedné z manažerských metod, která napomáhá ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku, benchmarkingem. Metoda externího benchmarkingu je aplikována ve společnosti Formplast Purkert, s.r.o., zabývající se výrobou vstřikovacích nástrojů a technických výlisků. Benchmarking obnáší komparaci dosažených výsledků s výkonnostní špičkou v odvětví, zpracování benchmarkingové analýzy podniku a navrhnutí doporučení na zlepšení situace společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstractDiploma thesis deals with the application of one of the management methods, which helps to increase business competitiveness, the benchmarking. External benchmarking is applied in the company Formplast Purkert, which manufactures injection molding tools and technical moldings. Benchmarking is involves comparing the results with the performance leader in the industry, elaboration benchmarking analysis in the company and proposition recommendation to improving company situation.en
