Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the rationalization of the technology of turning the Piston rods. The introductory part of the thesis describes the current state of the production technology including the technological process, the used tools and the equipment used in the production plant in Pustějov. The main content of the bachelor thesis is the design of a new technology of turning the Piston-rods under the conditions of Freso comp., S.r.o. in the production plant in Studénka. Rationalization is based on the comprehensive design of new technology, technological progress and related tools, machines and programs. The third block evaluates the technical and economic benefits of the proposed solution. The goal of rationalization is to reduce production costs, save time and simplify and improve production.
