Abstract

The thesis proposes an appropriate solutions for warehouse management in concrete company. The theoretical part explains the concept of logistics and it´s importance as well as reserves, appropriate solutions for warehouse management, types of warehouses and possibilities of storage. The practical part of the thesis deals with warehouse management of concrete company. Kofola a.s. company and it´s current warehouse management are introduced in the thesis. Discovered imperfections and proposal resolving are listed. The outcome of the thesis is the proposal of an appropriate solution of warehouse management system, which will be a benefit for the company and which will lead to higher efficiency.
