Abstract
The goal of this thesis is to analyze customers’ satisfaction with the services provided by the catering device Pizzeria Milano. This publication consists of six chapters. The first chapter characterizes the main properties of Pizzeria Milano and their current market position. The next chapter describes the theoretical knowledge and bases for the customer satisfaction measurement. The last parts cover the analysis of the data acquired from the customers, evaluation of the results of the analysis and drawing the consequences for the company.
