dc.description.abstract	Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce bylo prozkoumání řešeného území z hledisek udržitelného rozvoje. Dále bylo cílem analyzovat jak textovou, tak grafickou část aktuálně platného Územního plánu Vratimov a navrhnout případné změny, s ohledem na požadavky vyplývající z nadřazené Politiky územního rozvoje (PÚR ČR) a Zásad územního rozvoje Moravskoslezského kraje (ZÚR MSK). Zjišťování a vyhodnocení stavu a vývoje území je členěno do 15 okruhů, které tvoří rozbor udržitelného rozvoje území.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The main aim of this diploma thesis was to analyse the territory in question through the lens of sustainable development. Another objective was to analyse both the textual and graphical parts of the currently valid Spatial Plan of Vratimov and to propose potential modifications, taking into account the requirements arising from the superior Spatial Development Policy of the Czech Republic (PÚR ČR) and the Principles of Spatial Development of the Moravian-Silesian Region (ZÚR MSK). The assessment and evaluation of the state and development of the area is divided into 15 thematic sections, which together form an analysis of sustainable territorial development.	en
