Abstract
The thesis focuses on the design of a hydraulic drive system. Specifically, it deals with a hydraulic
power unit intended for lift tables used on a grinding line. The theoretical part begins with a general
classification of lifting devices, with special attention paid to scissor lift tables. The thesis provides a
detailed description of their construction, main components, and commonly used design solutions.
The practical part includes a static analysis of the scissor mechanism, based on which the required
force of the hydraulic cylinder needed to overcome the specified load is determined. This is followed
by the design of the hydraulic circuit and the selection of suitable components for the hydraulic system.
