Transportní zařízení pro dopravu mechanizované výztuže

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem transportního zařízení pro dopravu mechanizované výztuže určené pro střední mocnosti slojí. V úvodní kapitole je popsána funkce mechanizovaných výztuží a celého dobývacího komplexu. Dále jsou v úvodní kapitole popsány možnosti přepravy mechanizovaných výztuží. V následujících dvou kapitolách jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé části transportního zařízení, jak pro variantní, tak také pro finální řešení. Ve výpočtové části jsou provedeny kontrolní výpočty všech důležitých součástí, včetně MKP analýz složitějších prvků. V příloze práce obsahuje výkresovou dokumentaci jednotlivých částí sestavy.

This master thesis deals with a design of the transport equipment for roof supports transportation for seams of medium thickness. The first chapter describes functions of roof supports and the longwall systems. This chapter also includes the options of transportation of the roof supports. The next two chapters characterize the individual parts of the transport equipment for the variant and the final solution. The computational part includes calculations of all important parts including FEM analyses of more complex components. In the appendix the work includes the drawing documentation of the individual parts of the assembly
