Abstract

In Bachelor thesis I am dealing with construction design of lapping machine for non-return valves of different dimensions. In the search part I am writing about armatures in general, about lapping armatures, I acquired information about the latest lapping machines available and gathered basic information about magnetic levitation which is the key feature of my design. Then due to data provided from company ARMATURY Group a. s. I described current status in detail where I am dealing with structure of lapped components and current manual lapping. In the next part I specified requirements for my working machine design. Next is defining of possible variants with selection the best one. Then I described my construction design of the best variant of the lapping machine with detailed description of its features, functions, and solutions of each construction node. Then I used Frame Analysis to check the firmness of main supporting frame of the working machine. In the penultimate part I calculated essential calculations of main parts of the working machine. In the last part I am dealing with evaluation of price costs, where the total price for the working machine came out approximately 3 630 000 CZK.
