Abstract

This thesis is concerned with a proposal regarding the material used in electroerosive cutting. An analysis of the current cutting process in MASSAG Stamping a. s. will follow an introduction of the electroerosive cutting process. The solution proposed is based on this analysis. This proposal is aimed at altering the technological aspects of constructing a specified cutting machine. This thesis rests on the proposition that a new material will make significant advancements in this machinery: namely a substitution of TENASTEEL for material 1.2379. Furthermore, this thesis will deal with an overview of the manufacturers of these machines and the selection of these types of machines by brand, as these types of machines are selected according to their specifics i.e. the machines dimensions. The thesis concludes with an evaluation of this resolution and citations. The supplement provides a blue print of the proposed machine.
