The aim of this thesis is the proposal for lifting axle truck. The main priority is to increase the payload of the vehicle because of a sudden increase in weight of the load. The proposed auxiliary axle is designed according to my proposal, the suspension load is then formed rubber air cushion lifting axles and also I ensured the same way, but different diameters of these pillows. I checked the axle during cornering and determine the lifting force needed to lift the axle to the limit.
