Abstract
This thesis deals with the cooperation of the integrated rescue system with non-governmental non-profit organizations in dealing with emergencies and crisis situations in the Hradec Králové Region. It focuses mainly on the role of the Fire Rescue Service of the Hradec Králové Region in the coordination of humanitarian aid and analyses the model of cooperation with NGOs on the example of managing the arrival of Ukrainian refugees in 2022 and floods in 2024. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of this cooperation, identify key problem areas and propose specific measures for its improvement.
