dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá spoluprací složek integrovaného záchranného systému s nestátními neziskovými organizacemi při řešení mimořádných událostí a krizových situací v Královéhradeckém kraji. Zaměřuje se především na roli Hasičského záchranného sboru Královéhradeckého kraje při koordinaci humanitární pomoci a analyzuje model spolupráce s NNO na příkladu zvládání příchodu ukrajinských uprchlíků v roce 2022 a povodní v roce 2024. Cílem práce je zhodnotit efektivitu této spolupráce, identifikovat klíčové problémové oblasti a navrhnout konkrétní opatření pro její zlepšení.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This thesis deals with the cooperation of the integrated rescue system with non-governmental non-profit organizations in dealing with emergencies and crisis situations in the Hradec Králové Region. It focuses mainly on the role of the Fire Rescue Service of the Hradec Králové Region in the coordination of humanitarian aid and analyses the model of cooperation with NGOs on the example of managing the arrival of Ukrainian refugees in 2022 and floods in 2024. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of this cooperation, identify key problem areas and propose specific measures for its improvement.	en
