This bachelor thesis examines vibration development of rolling bearings with different types of damage. Tested bearings are intentionally damaged to replicate a common bearing defect, after which they are tested and measured at different rotational speeds and radial forces. For analysis, appropriate vibration diagnostic methods are used, which result in vibration values with their respective frequencies. These values are then examined and searched for the connections between vibration behaviour and their respective bearing damage. To obtain measurements, an apparatus is constructed, on which is whole experiment performed. The device allows for a tight fastening of the bearing and precise adjustment of the speed of its rotation, along with adjustable intensity of the generated radial force exerting pressure on the tested bearing. Created parts of the apparatus are documented in the attachment of this bachelor thesis.
