Abstract
The subject of this thesis is to elaborate the specific business aim into a business plan. The theoretical part focuses on the theoretical approach to the business plan and the characteristics of different legal forms of business. Following practical part in which I proposed and worked out a specific business plan focusing on the locksmith.
