Analýza procesu řízení údržby v potravinářské firmě

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the maintenance management process in a food company. The theoretical part presents the basic principles, methods and structures of maintenance management system. The practical part includes first a characterization of the company JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS OPS CZ s.r.o. and then an analysis of its maintenance management system. The thesis concludes with a proposal for solutions to individual deficiencies and their application in the maintenance of the company.
