Návrh ručního držáku drobných předmětů

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem ručního držáku drobných předmětů. Úvodní část obsahuje rešerši, popsání stávajícího stavu dané problematiky a důvod vytvoření tohoto návrhu. Cílem této práce bylo navržení univerzálního držáku drobných předmětů pro použití v oblastí hodinářství a šperkařství. V práci jsou popsány tři návrhy, kde funkčnost těchto návrhů je podložená zkoušením modelů vytištěných na 3D tiskárně v praxi. Práce obsahuje také potřebné technické výpočty. Pro jeden z návrhů byla vypracována patentová rešerše, na základě, které byla podána i patentová přihláška. V příloze diplomové práce je Patentová přihláška, výrobní dokumentace a má semestrální práce, která blíže popisuje problematiku využití tohoto držáku v oblasti hodinářství.

This master thesis deals with the design of a handheld holder for small objects. The introduction part includes a research, description of the current state of the issue, and the reason for creating this design. The main objective of this thesis was to design a universal holder for small objects for use in the fields of watchmaking and jewellery making. Three designs are described in the thesis, where the functionality of these designs is demonstrated by testing models printed on a 3D printer in practical experience. The thesis also includes the necessary technical calculations. Patent research was conducted for one of the designs, based on which a patent application was also filed. The appendix of the master's thesis includes the Patent Application, manufacturing documentation, and my semester project, which further describes the use of this holder in the field of watchmaking.
