Abstract

Aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the process of selection and acquisition of employees in selected organization. Theoretical part is devoted to a general view of the human resource management like a most modern concept of personalist work. Following chapters are focused on the process of acquisition and selection of new employees and serve as a set of basis for the following recommendations. Its content is characteristic of the selected organization and analysis of the staffing process. As a conclusion is listed a set of recommendations and possible alternatives improvement of this process.
