Management logistických činností v oblasti zásobování

Abstract

This Bachelor thesis focuses on purchasing of components in Bonatrans group a.s. and the possibilities of enhancing their purchasing. The introduction deals with the theory of the logistics of the supply and further with the nature of the company. In the following chapter I then depict the actual means of purchasing. In the subsequent part I analyze the components and their evaluation. The problematic matter appears to be the free supplies which I concentrate on further in my thesis and I also present some possible solutions. Towards the end of my thesis I focus on purchasing of the goods, comparison with regards to previous years and the evaluation of this analysis. I conclude by summing up the main issues and presenting my own solutions for these.
