Abstract
This bachelor work deals with renovation problems of welding on components. The first part explains what renovation means and its process as well as types of erosion. It describes the most used way of renovation - a sabmerged arc welding .
The second part includes a choice of additional materials and flaw detection of railway mounted axles. There is also a technological process of welding on components.
