Abstract

The master thesis deals with the problematics of the truck elektromobility and truck gearbox design. The introduction gives general information about used electromotors in vehicles and follows a search about electric trucks. In the practical part is first chosen appropriate gearbox installation in a Tatra truck, then is chosen the structural arrangement of the gearbox itself. Then follows choice of the gear ratio, module and necessary geometry and strength calculation. Gear geometry design and strength calculation is done in a program developed by prof. Dr. Ing. Miloš Němček, which are checked by the analytic calculation. In the end, the output shaft is checked by analytic calculation.
