Porovnání materiálu grafitových elektrod při elektroerosivním hloubení

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the principles of EDM, introduces EDM as a process, and clarifies the role of the dielectric. In detail, it describes the design and production of electrodes, the basic rules for the construction of electrodes, a separate design for an experiment and separate production of electrodes and the experiment. In the end, the rate of wear of the assessed electrodes made of EXD-6 and EX-75 graphite materials is evaluated, as well as the economic aspect, electrode production times and time required for machining for the experiment.
