Latinskoamerické integrační procesy a EU

Abstract

Cílem práce je charakterizovat integrační procesy v Latinské Americe a zhodnotit vztahy s Evropskou unií (EU) – konkrétně vztahy EU s Jižním společným trhem (MERCOSUR) a Andským společenstvím (ANCOM). V rámci tohoto cíle jsou sledována historická východiska vztahů a také jejich současná situace. Pozornost je také věnována obchodu Evropské unie s danými seskupeními. Jsou charakterizovány motivy a příčiny integrací, rozdělení integrací a jejich výhody. Pozornost je věnována regionálním integračním seskupením na jednotlivých světových kontinentech. Dále pak jsou vymezeny stupně ekonomické integrace. Na konci teoretické části jsou vymezeny předpoklady pro integraci na světových kontinentech. Dále je práce zaměřena na konkrétní regionální integrační seskupení v Latinské Americe a jejich vývoj a poté se zabývá vztahy vybraných integračních organizací Latinské Ameriky a EU. Představeny jsou vztahy mezi EU a vybranými seskupeními Andským společenstvím a Jižním společným trhem, jejich základní strategické dokumenty a také jejich vzájemný obchod v současnosti, zejména postavení EU jako významného obchodního partnera.

The goal is to characterize the integration processes in Latin America and to assess relations with the European Union (EU) - specifically the EU's relations with the Southern Common Market (MERCOSUR) and Andean Community (ANCOM). In framework of this objective are followed historical background of relations and their current situation. Attention is also given to the trade of European Union with those groups. There are characterized motives and reasons for integration, distribution and their benefits. Attention is given to regional integration groups of the world's continents. Then there are defined the levels of economic integration. At the end of the theoretical part there are defined conditions for integration on the world's continents. Then is the work focused on regional integration groups of Latin America and their history, and then is focused on the relationship with selected integration organizations in Latin America and the EU. Introduces are the relations between the EU and selected groups- Andean Community and the Southern Common Market, the basic strategic documents and trade between them today too, especially the EU as the major trading partner.
