Abstract

In this thesis are given theoretical techniques for electroplating. In the individual steps are listed chemicals which can be used for each process. At various types galvanizing baths are list their advantages and disadvantages. Theoretically, it is designed for manual galvanizing line. The proposed line would be based the zinc coating followed by black chromate conversion coating or thick passivation. The coating is then sealed in the paint to increase corrosion resistance and improve adhesion of paint systems. For this proposal is designed technological process, the capacitance calculation of the line. Pricing for the construction the line in working condition.
