Vliv tepelně ovlivněné VBD na trvanlivost břitu

Abstract

The thesis deals with the problem of the influence of thermally influenced replaceable inserts on the durability of the cutting edge. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part focuses on the theory of machining, turning, machinability, production of replaceable inserts from sintered carbide and tool wear. The second part focuses on the experimental verification of the negative effect of thermal influence on replaceable inserts. Three experiments were conducted. The first and the second tests are performed on C45 carbon steel, and the third test is performed on X2CrNiMo17-12-2 stainless steel. For each test, tool wear and tool life were monitored. The results of the tests showed that temperature influence does not have a negative effect on the durability of replaceable inserts.
