Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with a design of modern production technology for a selected components. In a introductory part are characterized selected component and outlined the problematics of the machining given complex components. In the next section follows choice of a suitable machining machine with optimally chosen a technological proces, where based on the technological proces are selected a machining tools with suitable cutting conditions, both for test prosuction and for series produstion. Experimental pruduction determines suitable cutting conditions for achieve the prescribed customer requirements. . In a finally part is done technological and economic evaluation with respect to calculation of machine times and the cost-effectiveness of the machining proces on the selected machine in a certain part of the produsction proces.
