Analýza konkurenceschopnosti vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Analýza konkurenceschopnosti vybrané společnosti“ je průzkum pozitivních a negativních faktorů konkurenceschopnosti. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část popisuje pojmy konkurenceschopnosti a metody pro její analyzování. Druhá část je zaměřena na charakteristiku vybrané společnosti. Ve třetí části jsou provedeny analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí společnosti. Získané údaje jsou zapracovány do SWOT analýzy. Ta slouží ke konečnému vyhodnocení a interpretaci výsledků, dle kterých je vytvořen návrh změn pro danou společnost.

This bachelor thesis called “Competitiveness analysis of the chosen company” is aimed to research of the positive and negative factors of the competitiveness. This work is divided into three parts. The first part describes the terms of the competitiveness and methods of its analysis. Next chapter is dedicated to the characteristics of the chosen company. In the third part there were made analyses of the internal and external environment. All the gained data were incorporated into the SWOT analysis that serves for the final evaluation and interpretation of the results. These results make the basis for the proposal of changes for the company.
