Abstract

The topic of this Bachelor thesis is problematic of the employee benefits. In first - theoretic part is showed the importance of the employee benefits in whole system of employee´s remuneration, why are they provided and also the most common forms of benefits. In second part is emphasized several types of employee benefits and their tax and accounting aspects, showed through basic examples. Last - practical part contains analysis of benefits in the company ROBE lighting, s.r.o and the Benefits satisfaction survey. This part also contains the proposal of new benefits based on mentioned survey, which may lead to increase of employee´s satisfaction.
