Abstract

The thesis is focused on the evaluation of job satisfaction in the company IKEA Ostrava. The thesis aims to identify and evaluate job satisfaction IKEA Ostrava in the three areas in which the selected organization potentials and propose measures for their improvement. The first chapter is devoted to theoretical basis of job satisfaction. In the second chapter, attention is focused on the performance of the organization IKEA. The following chapter is devoted to the evaluation of employee satisfaction IKEA Ostrava based on questionnaires to their employees. The very end of the chapter includes an overall assessment summary and evaluation of results, drawing appropriate conclusions and proposing any measures that could lead to improvements in selected areas of job satisfaction in IKEA Ostrava. When processing the thesis was, for obtaining necessary information used questionnaire method and subsequent interviews that were conducted as to the actual management of the organization, as well as with ordinary employees IKEA Ostrava.
