Abstract
The topic of my thesis is to measure residents satisfaction with community services. For processing I chose the village in which I live. The task was to assess the satisfaction of inhabitants Postřelmov with the services provided. To measurement of citizens' satisfaction was used marketing research. The aim of this work was to develop some proposals and recommendations that will improve life in the village and more efficient development of the community..
