Využití virtuální a rozšířené reality pro efektivní vzdělávání zaměstnanců ke kvalitě

Abstract

This master’s thesis deals with the use of immersive technologies, specifically virtual (VR) and augmented reality (AR), for effective employee training in quality management. The main objective is to design a comprehensive methodology for the successful implementation of these technologies into industrial practice. The thesis combines theoretical analysis with qualitative research based on semi-structured expert interviews. The results show that the human factor is the main implementation barrier, and hard economic data are the key to success. The contribution of the thesis is the proposal of complementary methodological procedures that facilitate companies' transition to proactive error prevention.
