Optimalizace dílů řadicího systému nákladního automobilu

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the optimization of the shift system in a truck. The solved shift mechanism node, which I will describe here, allows the connection of an inter-axle differential (MZD). Following the connection of the MZD, the connection of the front / front axle / axles to the traction is also related. The introductory part contains a brief search that shows the differentials and the use of the axle shift system. The following is a specification and analysis of the existing solution. With regard to the achieved results, design innovations are further proposed. The finite element method (FEM) was also used to compare the computational part and verify it. At the end of the work, you can view the evaluation of the achieved results and, last but not least, everything is documented by drawing documentation.
